Questions? We (probably) have the answers!
How do I get started?
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, consistency is key. If you are a beginner, results may come fairly quickly and you will see a difference in your speed and strength.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. Our training sessions are organized into small groups, based on age and strength training experience, and will give you the opportunity to meet others.
What sets you apart from other training facilities?
Simply put: you are unique and so you're training plan should be unique, too. Combined with personalized training plans, cutting-edge technology, state-of-the-art equipment, World Class coaching, and a passion to see every single athlete succeed...you won't find another training facility like us.
How often do you recommend training?
Consistency is key. Attending 3 training sessions per week is best, 2 is good. Perhaps the most important thing is to continue to train In-Season so you do no lose the speed and strength gains you worked so hard for in the Off-Season.

What do I need to bring to each training session?
Please bring water and a sweat towel and wear good athletic shoes. We have a drinking fountain and bottle filler station available to our athletes. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
Do I have to play sports to train?
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact us to make arrangements to pay by cash, check, and Venmo.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a training session?
Each training session begins on the turf area with a dynamic warmup, followed by speed drills and sprints, and sport-specific plyometrics. Then athletes will move to the strength training area where step-by-step instruction on the movement and technique of every exercise will be taught. As athletes progress in their strength training journey, they will learn Olympic weightlifts such as deadlifts, squats, and cleans. Every drill and exercise has a purpose.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
