Frederick “Coach CZAR” Alcazar, MBA, PES

Owner/ Lead Coach/ Director of Athlete Development

Coach CZAR graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology; he also has a Masters degree in Sports Management from American Military University.  During Coach Fred’s 20 years of service as an Officer in the United States Air Force, he had significant experience in leading, teaching, and managing military and civilian personnel as well as working with Coalition Forces.  Not only does Coach Fred volunteer his time as a youth football coach, he also has experience as a USAF Unit Fitness Program Manager and Physical Training Leader. He received his Performance Enhancement Specialization certification through NASM.

Coach Fred’s love of sports and enthusiasm for working with and mentoring youth is the heart of CZAR Athletics. He is honored to be the Director of Speed and Strength for the Piedmont Youth Football program.

Addison “Coach A” Reynolds, BS, CPT

Coach

Coach A joined the CZAR Athletics staff in February 2021. She has a passion for fitness and assisting people in reaching their individual goals. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from OSU and received her Personal Trainer certification through ACSM as well as her certification in Corrective Exercise Specialization through NASM.

Coach Addison develops and leads our Fundamentals of Movement program and works exceptionally well with our younger athletes.

Heather Alcazar, MLS

Director of Operations

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Heather spent a dozen years performing Alzheimer’s disease clinical research at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, where her specialty was patient and community education as well as protocol development.  During her time at Mayo Clinic, Heather received her Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of South Florida and further continued her education at Florida Coastal School of Law.  Although Heather decided not to continue law school after the first year, the education and experience have helped her become involved in real estate investment, the Owner and Creator of a CPSC/FDA compliant handmade store with sales nationwide, as well as the development and management operations of CZAR Athletics®.

Chloe “Coach BOOM” Bohuslavicky

Intern / Specialty Coach, Softball

Coach Boom joined the CZAR Athletics staff in May 2023. As a rising Senior at Northeastern State University, she has broken the softball single season homerun record two years in a row, with 18 homeruns last season. Coach Boom is also the 2022-2023 NSU Female Strength & Conditioning Athlete of the Year. While at Piedmont High School, she led her team to the 5A Oklahoma State Championship in 2019. With a passion for softball and weightlifting, Coach Boom is the perfect addition to CZAR Athletics.

Kevin Holman, CPT

Specialty Coach, Football

Coach Kevin Holman has been the Defensive Line Coach for Piedmont High School Varsity Football since 2019, where his passion for coaching and his student athletes has been paramount to the team’s continuous successes. Coach Holman graduated from Yukon High School and returned to his alma mater to coach from 2014-2018. As the Wellness Coordinator for Mathis Brothers and a Certified Personal Trainer, he is a valued addition to CZAR Athletics’s coaching staff. Coach Holman has led our Big Skillz training program for Defensive Linemen and Offensive Linemen since June 2022.

Aaron Huffman

Specialty Coach, Football

Coach Aaron Huffman joined the CZAR Athletics staff in June 2023 as the Football Offensive Line and Tackling coach. During his time in Northern California, he coached Football for 14 years (6 years of High School Varsity) and Baseball for 12 years (2 years of High School Varsity). Coach Huffman takes great pride in his nephews, coaching and helping them learn the game, as all 3 were able to play Division I Football at the University of Utah, University of Oregon, and San Diego State University. Although injuries ended Coach Huffman’s own football and baseball career, his true passion is coaching. CZAR Athletics is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, passionate, and enthusiastic coach on staff.
